This policy applies to the website authenticdevelopment.com.br, run by Robinson Silva Authentic Development Ltda (Authentic Development). It follows Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados, Law 13,709/2018). This is a translation; the Portuguese version prevails.

What data we collect

This website doesn't use cookies, has no forms and doesn't use tracking or advertising tools. The hosting server (Google Firebase Hosting) may log technical access data, such as IP address and browser, for security and operation.

When you contact us by WhatsApp or email, we receive whatever you choose to send: name, phone number, email and a description of your project.

What we use it for

We use contact data only to reply, prepare quotes and, if there is a contract, carry out the project. We don't sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing.

How long we keep it

Messages from people who didn't go ahead with a project are deleted within 12 months. Client data is kept for the period required by tax and contract law.

Authentic Development apps

The apps published by Authentic Development have their own privacy policies, linked on each app's store page.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing contato@authenticdevelopment.com.br. We reply within 15 days.
