Can I edit the website later?
Yes. We agree on it in the quote: you can get a blog you update yourself or ask for changes whenever you need them.
I already have a website. Can you rebuild it?
Yes. I keep what works, such as copy, the domain and pages that already rank on Google, and set up redirects so you don't lose your positions.
